English presentation of the Association
This is intended as a brief presentation of the Association (Den Norske Emballasjeforening, or DNE) as well as of the possibilities available on our website. The language of our other websites, all our publications, and all course material is Norwegian. Please note that the English term ’Norwegian Packaging Association’ is purely a word by word translation of the Norwegian copyright-established name. ”Den Norske Emballasjeforening (DNE) is an executive and coordinating agency for the professional and trade interests present in all parts of the total circuit of packaging.” DNE was established 12th of March 1969. Currently the Association has about 200 members represented from the whole industry.

Our members are represented from all of the circuit of packaging. Click on ”Medlemmer” (ie. ’members’) at the top right margin and you will find out who the current members of DNE are.
Through our webpages we keep our members updated on conferences and educational programs of DNE. On behalf of our members we regurarly forward pressreleases as well as we have relevant links available on our webpages. DNE also produce articles regarding different kinds of packaging activities.
